We use 3D views, concept imagery and AI-assisted tools where useful to help clients understand the atmosphere and make decisions earlier.
Bespoke Objects
We design custom objects, furniture, lighting and feature elements that give a space its own identity.
This may include one-off furniture pieces, retail displays, hospitality features, lighting objects or design concepts developed through sketches, digital tools and AI-assisted visual studies.
Design Review
We also provide architectural peer review, documentation review, planning statements, buildability advice and coordination support for projects already in progress.

We prepare clear drawings for planning, pricing, permit or construction.
Where required, we continue supporting the project during construction, review, coordination, delivery and defect stages.
