ELEMAAN is an architecture and design studio based in Melbourne, led by registered architects with Australian and German experience.
We work across industrial, automation, residential, commercial, retail, interior and bespoke object design — combining design thinking, project coordination, documentation and emerging AI tools to move projects from early vision to practical delivery.
INDUSTRIAL
We understand the complexity behind industrial buildings, logistics facilities, automation environments and operational spaces.
Our experience includes warehouse planning, automation interfaces, mezzanine coordination, dock operations, staff offices, vehicle movement, consultant coordination and buildability review.
We help clients, developers and project teams resolve industrial projects with a balance of operational efficiency, compliance, cost awareness and architectural clarity.
RESIDENTIAL
We design homes that are functional, refined and personal.
From townhouses and mixed-use residential projects to individual home upgrades, we focus on light, proportion, materiality, lifestyle and long-term value.
Our residential work considers both the emotional and practical side of living — how a space feels, how it works, and how it can be delivered within budget and planning constraints.
COMMERCIAL
We design commercial and retail spaces that support business identity, customer experience and practical operation.
Whether it is a showroom, office, shopfront, hospitality venue or workplace environment, we focus on space planning, brand presence, circulation, material atmosphere and buildable detail.
INTERIOR
Our interiors are designed as part of the architecture, not as decoration added at the end.
We develop interior concepts, material palettes, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting direction and spatial atmosphere with a focus on function, calmness and detail.
We use visualisation, AI-assisted imagery and material studies to help clients understand the design before committing to construction.
OBJECTS
ELEMAAN also explores architecture at the scale of objects.
We design bespoke furniture, light objects, feature elements, display pieces and custom details that connect with the identity of a space.
These pieces can be developed as one-off design statements, visual concepts, prototype studies or custom-built elements for residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects.
